Here is how to receive your free personalized bookplate: Mail to Donna:

a copy of the receipt. If you bought more than one copy, be sure to let Donna know how you'd like each separate bookplate inscribed. your name and address, written clearly A SASE (self-addressed, stamped envelope) your phone number and/or your email address (so Donna can get in touch if she has questions) The inscription you would like on the bookplate - please print to be sure it is clear.  Need ideas?  Link here.
